Job Summary

This role involves providing administrative support to the Investment Department, ensuring efficient and effective operations. As an Executive Assistant, you will have a functional role as an Analyst, handling trading, churning, and front/back office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • To identify opportunities to enhance investment yield, generate returns, and minimize losses by analyzing trading and churning activities.">
  • To record accounting entries, including closing entries and reconciliation tasks.">
  • To prepare investment schedules and reports for internal and regulatory purposes.">
  • To liaise with banks, custodians, and brokers for investment-related activities.">
  • To prepare investment notes and documentation for Investment Committee, Board, and Audit Committee meetings.">

Requirements

A graduate with a Commerce background is preferred. Professional qualifications such as CA (Inter), ACCA (Applied skill level), MBA (Finance), or CFA Level 1/enrolled or above are also desired. At least one year of relevant experience in an insurance company, specifically within the accounts or investment department, handling both front and back-office responsibilities is required.
