Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • Proven experience in a data science role, with at least 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or leadership position, showcasing exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries, ensuring efficient data processing and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methodologies, and data modeling techniques, enabling the development of effective predictive models and data-driven strategies.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate findings effectively, presenting complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven capability to drive collaboration across teams and influence senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment and execution of business objectives.
