Job Title: Senior Web Designer

Job Description:

Sr. Web Designer / Graphic Designer is responsible for analyzing clients' requirements, researching market trends and designing user-centric web solutions.

  1. Conduct thorough client research to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Develop wireframes and high-fidelity designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design into the overall product vision.
  4. Design and develop responsive web pages that provide an exceptional user experience across various devices.
  5. Ensure that all designs meet W3C validation standards and are optimized for search engines.
  6. Implement front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bring designs to life.
  7. Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance user engagement.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated 1-3 years of work experience in Web Design and Development;
  • Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and CorelDraw;
  • Proficiency in HTML/HTML5, Web 3.0, and CSS/CSS3;
  • Basic knowledge of Open Source Web applications such as Joomla, WordPress, and Magento is an advantage;
  • Sketching and illustration skills are an advantage;
  • Understand the benefits of various design methodologies and object-oriented environments and object-oriented design;
  • Able to handle sensitive information and communicate tactfully.
