We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a Product and Application Specialist for Histopathology & Cytology. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services to customers, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts.
Job DescriptionThe incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth in the Histopathology & Cytology market. They will also be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Accountabilities- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, analyze competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and maintain technical knowledge through workshops and networking.
- Business Development: Engage with end-users to identify requirements, educate them on new products, and monitor competitors' activity.
- Application: Provide technical assistance, training, and demonstrations; prepare technical data; support sales with project specifications and technical comparisons; and conduct validation processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Histopathology & Cytology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English language.
