About the Location
Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is an iconic landmark that combines the best of a beach holiday and an urban getaway. Our exclusive island location offers a unique setting for our spa therapists to provide exceptional service to our guests.

The Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Female Spa Therapist who will perform body treatments according to established protocols, ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.

Main Responsibilities
- Carry out all spa treatments to the required standard and as per the daily schedule.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
- Adhere to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
- Dress in issued uniform and ensure a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times, adhering to the established Grooming Standards Policy.
- Report to shift on time and be aware of your schedule at all times.
- Notify the Supervisor in adequate time if unable to attend work, according to policy.
- Be fully familiar with Hotel Fire and Emergency Procedures.
- Day-to-day responsibility for equipment, products, cleanliness, and hygiene of the treatment rooms and facilities.
- Aware of all treatments and products on offer and any current promotions.
- Achieve sales and guest service targets as set by the Spa Management.
- Offer guests full after-care advice and the chance to purchase any products recommended within their treatment.
- Assist in other related areas as required, particularly scheduling and reception/greeting of guests.
- Greet guests warmly and use their name during treatment.
- Assist with demonstrations and events as required.
- Adhere to training as set out by the Spa Management and using the guidance of senior spa therapists.
- Attend new or update training as required.
- Use the correct quantities and mix of product within treatments and ensure the security of products within treatment rooms and sales areas.
- Fully aware of all health and safety issues relating to the department and report anything that may present a danger to guests or staff.
- Always be punctual and prepared in advance for all treatments to avoid them running late whenever possible.
- Ensure client confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Flexible with regard to hours worked and prepared to adjust these to meet demands of the business.

Required Skills
- Certified for massage and beauty treatments.
- At least 2 years of experience in a luxury spa environment.
- Outstanding communication skills and command of the English language are essential; knowledge of local language is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and exceptional guest service skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest's preferences.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work all types of shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Additional Hammam skills will be considered an advantage.
