Key IT Specialist Role

This position involves high-level technical work in infrastructure management, network security, and system deployment. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Microsoft and non-Microsoft systems, including core business applications and operating systems in both on-prem and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in designing and deploying hardware and networking solutions, with experience in production application deployment and systems maintenance. They should possess advanced knowledge of Windows server 2019/2022, Active Directory 2022/Azure AD, DHCP, DNS, and Linux servers.

The role requires excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and multi-tasking abilities. Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Cortex Antivirus, Qualys Cloud Platform, and AWS services is also desirable.


Responsibilities
  • Manage infrastructure, including on-prem and cloud environments.
  • Deploy and manage firewall endpoints.
  • Configure and manage network devices.
  • Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues.

Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in designing and deploying infrastructure, hardware, and networking solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows server 2019/2022, Active Directory 2022/Azure AD, DHCP, DNS, and Linux servers.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Working Conditions
  • Available to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and after working hours if required.
