Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and serving customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Crafting a range of beverages, including classic cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks
  • Taking food orders and assisting with deliveries as required
  • Ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization in the service area
  • Managing customer accounts and handling cash and credit transactions
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest queries in a polite and helpful manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a cocktail bar or similar environment
  • The ability to create classic cocktails and provide excellent drink service
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service
