  • Work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to develop new menu items.
  • Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations, HACCP, and industry standards.
  • Address production challenges and resolve kitchen-related issues promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hospitality Management, or related field. Certified in respective fields (HACCP, etc.).
  • Minimum 5+ years in a food production or kitchen management role in the café/restaurant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and quality control.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in kitchen management software and POS systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple locations.
