We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Expert to join our team at Domo Ventures W.L.L.

Job Requirements:

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a challenging role as a Drink Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for mixology.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the restaurant and kitchen operations to deliver seamless service with high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required by the senior management team to stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
  • Take responsibility for entire role by promoting best practice within the restaurant and constantly looking to improve processes and procedures.

Operations:

As a Drink Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a friendly, courteous, and professional service always.
  • Managing inventory and maintaining the bar area to ensure a smooth service operation.
  • Preparing and serving beverages to customers, following the brand standards.
  • Upselling and cross-selling to increase sales and revenue.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns to management.

Culture Management:

  • Aiming to have fun with a work hard attitude and to bring positive energy and a smile.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in mixology.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Bartender.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes and techniques preferred.
