Mixology Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Mixology Expert to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Attend meetings and training sessions as required by senior management.
• Take responsibility for the entire role, supporting restaurant and kitchen operations to deliver seamless service with high customer satisfaction.
• Promote best practice within the restaurant and continually look to improve processes and procedures.

Operations: Provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service always.

• Show in-depth knowledge of all menu and beverage list offerings to maximize sales opportunities.
• Understand beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders.
• Select and mix ingredients and serve beverages to customers, following brand standards.
• Read and understand orders coming through the EPOS system, ensuring that all beverages are issued with registration on EPOS.
• Maintain all preparation and infusion stock with care.
• Take the order list in the morning and present it to the Senior/Head Bartender on duty.
• Always maintain a clean and tidy work environment, adhering to company operating standards.
• Adhere to all Company rules and procedures and carry out any additional duties requested by management.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven working experience as a Bartender.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
