Techno-Functional Consultant

As a seasoned technologist, this role requires expertise in both functional and technical aspects of human resources management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle HRMS 11i, with experience in developing custom forms and reports.

Responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of new technologies, providing user support, and conducting training sessions. Additionally, the successful candidate will actively participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during the product's lifecycle.

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS 11i, including HR, SSHR, OTA, OTL, and Payroll modules.
  • Excellent development experience in key modules of Oracle HRMS 11i.
  • Good experience in reports and forms development/customization.
  • Experience in writing payroll fast formulas.
  • Well-versed in data migration, APIs, OAF, XML, and other related technologies.
