**Job Title: Digital Strategy Lead**

We are seeking an experienced Digital Strategy Lead to join our team at RESO. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact campaigns that drive business growth and brand awareness.

**About the Role:**

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to ideate and execute data-driven strategies that optimize social media performance. You will oversee content creation, manage client communication, and ensure seamless campaign execution from start to finish.

**Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop targeted campaigns
  • Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists to ensure brand consistency and quality deliverables

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy
