Key Responsibilities:

1. Mixology: Prepare various beverages, taking into account customer preferences and making recommendations when necessary.
2. Customer Service: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
4. Operational Efficiency: Adhere to all food and beverage regulations, maintain cleanliness, and organize the bar area to ensure smooth operations.
5. Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixology Expert
2. Strong knowledge of mixed drinks and ingredients
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
6. Relevant food and beverage certifications
