Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief of Staff to support our Managing Director in achieving organizational objectives. This role involves coordinating daily activities, overseeing key projects, managing team resources, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficiency and successful execution of critical assignments.

Responsibilities:
  • Executive Assistance: Coordinate the Managing Director's schedule, manage confidential matters, and act as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financial Analysis: Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data, review agreements, and ensure timely submission of reports.
  • Recruitment Support: Independently recruit for specific vacancies, handle formalities, and provide administrative support for the recruitment process.
  • Meeting Coordination: Manage meeting minutes, track deliverables across departments, and ensure timely submissions while fostering alignment.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Drive strategic initiatives, monitor project progress, and resolve bottlenecks to align with organizational goals.

Requirements:
