Facade Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced facade project manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a leader in the field, with a strong background in facade engineering and project management.

This role is crucial for ensuring the successful design, technical coordination, and execution of all facade-related works on our construction projects.

  • Project Execution: Oversee and manage all aspects of facade projects, including steelwork, roofing, and associated works.
  • Technical & Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and refine facade designs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all facade-related matters.
  • Quality Compliance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all facade works comply with international standards and project specifications.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in facade management or facade engineering within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of various facade systems, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Familiarity with international facade standards.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
