Culinary Operations Management

The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the hotel kitchens, including the stewarding function, and directing all aspects of food preparation and presentation.

This includes overseeing menu planning, purchasing, receiving, storage, and inventory control, as well as supervising kitchen staff and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

The Executive Chef must also maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all food outlets meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
