The role of the Administrative and Human Resources Coordinator is multifaceted, requiring a high degree of organizational ability, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
This position will provide cross-functional support to senior leadership, including managing administrative tasks, coordinating human resources functions, accounts management, office administration, and interdepartmental support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, preparing documentation, managing travel arrangements, and gathering background materials for presentations and reports.
In addition to these duties, this role will involve assisting in basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, preparing and monitoring expense reports, and reconciling credit card statements.
Supporting recruitment coordination, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations are also key responsibilities of this position.
The Administrative and Human Resources Coordinator will work closely with various departments to coordinate activities, maintain contact lists, and supervise office maintenance.
This individual will serve as a liaison with vendors, service providers, and facilities staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, HR, or a related field (optional)
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles, ideally with exposure to HR or accounts functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
