Business Process Optimization Specialist

Are you a skilled business process optimization expert looking for a challenging opportunity? This role involves working with process owners to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), evaluating existing business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Evaluate and document existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements that result in cost savings and increased productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
  • Present process performance tracking reports to senior management and provide recommendations for future process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferable with internal or external consulting background.
  • Hands-on experience of operational or Business Process Management work experience, preferably in a financial services organization.
  • Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset for internal cross-team collaboration.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management.
