Job Opportunity

A senior associate position is available in a compliance and governance team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to provide assurance and advisory services on governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a recognized degree in legal, accounting, finance, or business disciplines, as well as professional qualifications such as ICAEW, ACCA, CPA, and/or Master's.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

About the Role

The compliance and governance team provides services focused on the finance function, helping clients identify and tackle challenges in growth, governance, and performance.

We support businesses in restructuring and expanding, whether organically or through acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in assessing their governance frameworks and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Recognized degree in legal, accounting, finance, or business disciplines.
  • Professional qualification, e.g., ICAEW, ACCA, CPA, and/or Master's.
  • CAMS, CIA, and/or CISA qualifications an advantage.
  • 5-6 years of work experience gained in legal, compliance, governance, and AML world.
  • Immediately available.
