Job Description

We are seeking a senior quality professional to develop and implement policies, processes, and standards for ensuring service excellence and compliance across operations and technology departments.

The role involves fostering a quality-oriented culture, driving continuous improvement, measuring performance, and supporting key projects and initiatives within the organization.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing policies, procedures, and management systems based on industry best practices and frameworks.
  • Creating quality assurance plans, conducting periodic reviews, and assessing service delivery activities and work products.
  • Preparing and presenting assessment reports, recommendations, or alternatives addressing existing or potential weaknesses in services and processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Institutionalizing quality practices across departments.
  • Regularly assessing staff adherence to policies, processes, and procedures, and providing guidance and mentoring to ensure compliance.
  • Preparing and presenting cases for process or service changes, including benefits, resource requirements, ROI/ROV, timeline, and impact on services.
Requirements
  • University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Relevant professional certification such as CISA/CIA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management position focused on operations and technology.
