Job Description

As a Chief Retail Operations Manager at RESO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our stores by ensuring exceptional customer service, maximizing sales, and implementing operating procedures that meet company and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brief and guide retail staff to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to minimize stock loss and ensure a fashionable, well-groomed appearance.
  • Stay informed about new products, trends, and fashion directives to effectively respond to and anticipate customer needs.
  • Manage stockrooms, implement operating procedures, and ensure all staff adhere to brand and company policies.
  • Achieve/exceed store sales targets through creative techniques.
  • Ensure required stock levels to maximize sales, conduct weekly audits of store administration, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage daily rosters, leave, and grievances of retail staff, maintain visual merchandising standards, and promote loyalty programs.
  • Supervise stores, provide feedback to area managers regarding employees and products, and maintain security awareness without negligence.
  • Stay updated on various brands within the group for suggestive selling to customers.


Requirements:
End-to-end store operations responsibility, physical fitness to stand for extended hours, and perform heavy lifting.
