Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of fixed assets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing timely financial reports. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

  1. Maintain a centralized database of fixed assets, including acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.
  2. Review and process invoices related to capital expenditures, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
  3. Prepare regular financial reports for management and auditors, highlighting key trends and areas of concern.
  4. Develop and implement processes to improve asset management, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and drive process changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in fixed asset accounting, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Infosys, Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of depreciation, capital expenditure tracking, and financial reconciliation.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • CMA, CPA, or ACCA qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
