We are seeking an experienced Lead Automation Tester to join our team.
Job Summary:
This is a leadership role that requires experience in test planning, execution, and coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in automation testing, particularly with Selenium, Java, and Python.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute test plans, strategies, and estimates to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop test cases.
- Lead and manage multiple stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks and scripts.
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects.
