Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Shopping Mall Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premier shopping destination in Bahrain. As a Mall Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and leading a team of professionals to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, including tenant relations, customer service, marketing, and maintenance

  • Drive sales growth through strategic planning and implementation

  • Lead and develop a team of employees to achieve operational excellence

  • Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations

  • Foster a positive and safe environment for customers and employees

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role

  • Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
