The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for Assisting restaurants and coordinating with drivers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management and Dispatch:
    Monitor and manage the real-time flow of delivery orders through our platform, ensuring they are assigned to the most suitable and available drivers.
  • Decision-Making & Problem Resolution:
    Proactively identify and resolve logistical challenges, such as delayed orders, driver availability issues, or restaurant-related complications. Make quick, informed decisions to re-route drivers, reassign orders, and communicate with all parties to mitigate delays.
  • Coordination & Communication:
    Act as the primary liaison between restaurants and drivers. Communicate with restaurant staff to confirm order status and readiness, and with drivers to provide real-time updates and instructions.
  • Driver & Restaurant Support:
    Provide real-time support to drivers who encounter issues on their routes (e.g., navigation problems, unexpected delays) and to restaurants with platform-related inquiries.
  • Process Improvement:
    Contribute to the development and refinement of our operational procedures and tools to increase efficiency and enhance the overall user experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a logistics, dispatch, or operations role, preferably within the on-demand delivery or transportation industry.
  • Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Familiarity with dispatching software, GPS, and other logistics management tools.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu is required to effectively communicate with our diverse network of drivers and restaurant partners.
