Job Description

• Prepare and develop architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed design documents in accordance with project requirements, design intent, and company standards.
• Assist in transforming conceptual sketches and design inputs into precise, buildable drawings suitable for client and consultant review.
• Support senior architects in developing presentations, design proposals, and technical documentation.
• Ensure all drawings are coordinated with structural, MEP, and interior disciplines to avoid conflicts during execution.
• Revise and update drawings based on consultant feedback, site conditions, or design modifications.
• Assist in preparing architectural details, sections, elevations, and joinery drawings with accuracy and clarity.
• Coordinate with site teams to incorporate as-built details and assist in the preparation of final submission packages.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and documentation to ensure proper version control.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and authority requirements throughout all stages of drawing development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in architectural drafting and design documentation (experience in GCC projects preferred).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design/drafting software.
• Basic understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and finishing standards.
• Strong sense of design coordination and attention to technical accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple design tasks.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities in a multidisciplinary project environment.
• Knowledge of local authority standards and submission procedures in Bahrain is an added advantage.
