About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Government Relations Officer (GRO) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will handle all government related procedures, ensuring smooth coordination with ministries and official departments. A strong understanding of Saudi labor laws, visa processes, and company documentation is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all government relations activities including visa processing, Iqama, and license applications.
  • Coordinate and liaise with various ministries and official bodies.
  • Handle all related online portals efficiently.
  • Prepare, submit, and track all documents for employee and company legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of employee legal documents.
  • Represent the company professionally in official meetings.
  • Stay informed about the latest government regulations to ensure full compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Government Relations Officer.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, immigration, and business laws.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
  • Valid driving license.
  • Good computer literacy and documentation skills.
  • Must be willing to work from the KSA office.
