Job Summary

Dalilk Pathways is looking for a Male Public Relations Officer (PRO) experienced in company setup, visa processing, and government liaison tasks in Bahrain. The candidate should be well-versed with LMRA, Sijilat, NPRA, and other government authorities, and capable of managing all company and employee documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all company formation and registration processes with MOIC, LMRA, NPRA, Municipality, and related authorities
  • Manage CR renewals, license amendments, and business activity updates on Sijilat
  • Process visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees
  • Liaise with government ministries, embassies, and agencies for smooth documentation
  • Manage work permits, employment contracts, and residence permit renewals
  • Coordinate Municipality, Civil Defense, and other local approvals as needed
  • Maintain and update records of all official documents and renewals
  • Support management in bank visits, legal documentation, and external coordination
  • Handle driving license renewals, vehicle registrations, and other administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Male candidate currently based in Bahrain
  • Valid Bahrain Driving License
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a PRO / Government Relations Officer in Bahrain
  • Strong knowledge of LMRA, NPRA, MOIC, and Municipality procedures
  • Good communication in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Salary & Benefits

  • BHD 350.00/month
  • Transportation allowance
  • Annual leave and benefits as per Bahrain labor law

Working Hours

Sunday – Thursday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
