Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Center Administrator located in Manama. The Medical Center Administrator will oversee day-to-day operations of the medical center, manage appointment scheduling, ensure proper phone etiquette and receptionist duties, and handle medical coding. The role also includes managing medical staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and implementing policies and procedures to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling, Phone Etiquette, and Receptionist Duties
  • Experience and knowledge of Medicine and Medical Coding
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus
