Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Manama for a Medical Center Manager. The Medical Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the medical center, managing medical staff, coordinating medical services, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This role includes tasks such as maintaining patient records, managing budgets, implementing policies and procedures, and enhancing patient care quality. The Medical Center Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient operation and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong background in Medicine and Medical Affairs

Experience in Training and Clinical Research

Proficiency in conducting and overseeing Research

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Prior experience in healthcare management is preferred

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medicine, or related field
