Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site activities, ensure work quality, and coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily site operations and manpower.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
  • All types of flooring and plastering systems
  • Wall painting, texture coating, and fire intumescent painting
  • Waterproofing, wet area, roof, and external insulation works
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
