Job Overview:

UniHawk is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Admissions Counselor
to join our Bahrain team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding students and families through the admissions process, providing academic and career counseling, and ensuring a smooth and engaging student journey. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students and parents through calls, emails, and meetings to understand academic goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Guide students through the
  complete admissions process
  , from inquiry to enrollment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
  international university admissions processes
  (UCAS, Common App, OUAC, etc.).
• Coordinate with the counseling, test prep, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct presentations, workshops, and information sessions for students and parents.
• Support documentation and application review for eligibility, completeness, and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records in the
  CRM system
  and generate reports for management.
• Assist in organizing events, school visits, and fairs to promote UniHawk's programs.
• Provide timely follow-ups and ensure conversion targets are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in
  Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years
  of experience in admissions, counseling, or education management.
• Strong understanding of
  international higher education systems
  and student application processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in
  English
  (Arabic preferred).
• Proficiency in
  MS Office and CRM tools
  .
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Immediate joiners
