Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tender & Contract Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing tenders and proposals, as well as overseeing contract administration in line with company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify, track, and prepare tender opportunities across Bahrain.

-Review tender documents and ensure all requirements are met.

-Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with relevant departments.

-Submit tenders on time and follow up with clients on the status.

-Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to secure favorable outcomes for the company.

-Maintain proper records of all tenders, proposals, and contracts.

-Ensure compliance with Bahrain's tendering laws, regulations, and procedures.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and government entities.

-Provide regular reports and updates on tender progress and contract execution.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree.

-Proven experience in tendering and contract management, especially within Bahrain.

-Strong knowledge of Bahrain's tendering processes, government portals, and submission requirements.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

-Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-Fluency in English and Arabic.
