About the Role

• As part of our new
  Bakery & Lunchroom project
  , we are seeking motivated and skilled
  Commis Chefs (I, II, and III)
  to join our culinary team across
  all sections
  . The right candidates will bring
  strong knowledge, practical experience, and a genuine passion for cooking and bakery operations
  , contributing to the success of this exciting new concept.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in assigned sections.
• Follow instructions from senior chefs to maintain quality and consistency.
• Ensure mise-en-place is ready and service runs smoothly.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times.
• Support operations across hot, cold, bakery, and pastry sections.
• Work as part of a team and support colleagues to achieve kitchen targets.
• Stay motivated to learn and grow within the kitchen brigade.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a professional kitchen (Bakery and/or International cuisine preferred).
• Minimum
  2–3 years of experience
  in a kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking basics, food handling, and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to assist across different kitchen sections.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Culinary training or certificates will be considered an advantage.
