We're looking for an AI Specialist who can lead this transformation and become a key driver in shaping how AI supports branding, content, and social media marketing.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Specialist to join our team. The role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing AI tools and workflows across our marketing, content creation, design, and social media management services. You will be responsible for researching the latest AI technologies, training our team, and ensuring measurable business impact from AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency in content creation, design, ads, and reporting.
  • Research, test, and integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, HubSpot AI, etc.) into our daily operations.
  • Automate repetitive marketing tasks (e.g., reporting, scheduling, social listening, sentiment analysis).
  • Collaborate with the strategy, design, and marketing teams to develop AI-enhanced creative solutions.
  • Train and support team members on using AI tools effectively.
  • Ensure AI-generated content aligns with brand strategy, tone of voice, and quality standards.
  • Monitor AI performance, optimize processes, and provide insights on ROI.
  • Stay up to date with AI trends, regulations, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience working with AI tools for marketing, branding, or creative industries.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI applications.
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning AI outputs.
  • Knowledge of automation platforms, APIs, and data integration.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to guide non-technical team members.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in digital marketing agencies or creative industries.
  • Understanding of brand strategy and design principles.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for AI automation (optional but a plus).
  • Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
