We are looking for an enthusiastic event supervisor with a "can-do" attitude to assist in planning, coordination and supervising events. 

Responsibilities:

  • Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.
  • Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process.
  • Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
  • Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the clients standards.
  • Assess an events overall success and submit findings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or public relations is preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience as an event coordinator/Supervisor.
  • Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel for events
