Inventory Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Controller to join our growing team. This role is crucial in managing the company's raw materials and finished goods inventory, supporting production, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials and finished products
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory software
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast demand
• Track inventory movement and usage, and prepare regular reports
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of stock
• Implement best practices in inventory control to reduce waste and overstocking

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain
• Proficiency in using inventory management or ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with furniture materials or manufacturing processes is a plus
• Basic Excel skills and ability to generate inventory reports
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple departments
