Job Title: Senior Marketing Coordinator (Brand Management)

Department: Marketing

Reporting To: Brand Development Manager (Marketing Head)

Location: Bahrain

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for developing, producing, and managing high-quality content across various digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual (Arabic and English) visual storyteller with a passion for social media, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate marketing activities and content production from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, produce, and edit all visual and video content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guidelines.
  • Develop monthly content calendars and detailed shooting schedules to guide production timelines.
  • Create storyboards, write scripts, and manage pre-production logistics for video shoots and photoshoots.
  • Collaborate closely with Chefs, Restaurant Managers, and other stakeholders to align creative content with operational needs.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions, brief team members, and oversee projects from concept through final delivery.
  • Utilize advanced communication skills in both Arabic and English to effectively coordinate across diverse teams and ensure clear, culturally appropriate messaging in all content.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and creative vision across all content formats, including short-form video, reels, stories, and branded visuals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content creation.
  • Strong command of editing software and design tools.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) and content trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project coordination abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle industries experience (preferred).
