Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure that our restaurant delivers exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including waitstaff and kitchen personnel.

  • Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness are maintained.

  • Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating staff performance.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the restaurant.

  • Prepare staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.

  • Assist in budgeting and financial management of the restaurant.

  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
