Summary:

Our client seeks a high-performing Export Sales Executive to spearhead the growth of their long shelf food product portfolio. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive domestic and international market expansion. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate and results-oriented individual to contribute significantly to the company's continued success.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets for long shelf food products. This includes identifying new sales opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  2. Build and cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with a diverse clientele. 
  3. Proactively understand customer needs, exceed expectations, and identify opportunities to introduce them to additional products or upgrades that enhance value and satisfaction.
  4. Utilize a multifaceted approach to generate qualified leads through direct outreach, industry networking events, and strategic marketing collaborations. 
  5. Employ effective communication and product knowledge to convert leads into paying customers.
  6. Craft compelling sales proposals that clearly articulate product benefits and solutions tailored to address specific client needs. 
  7. Negotiate competitive pricing and mutually beneficial contract terms to ensure successful deal closures.
  8. Continuously monitor industry trends and consumer preferences within the long shelf food product sector. 
  9. Leverage market research and customer feedback to identify areas for product line optimization and sales strategy refinement.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets within a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Resourcefulness and exceptional research capabilities.
