JOB SCOPE: Directs the overall operation of the group, to make sure the management of the hotel maximizes performance, profitability, and return on investment by creating a positive and productive work environment and ensuring superior guest service and compliance with quality and operational standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and monitor the performance of financial and operational plans that support the overall objectives of the company.
In coordination with the hotel GMs, check and verifies the annual budget and business plan of the hotel, and makes a recommendation for capital improvements to enhance the assets of the hotel and ensure brand loyalty.
Check and verify the delivery of superior guest services at the hotel
Ensures that product quality and service standards are met and all areas of the hotel as pertains to physical appearance, maintenance, and cleanliness.
Ensures the development and execution of marketing plans, and revenue and yield management plans of the hotel to maximize revenue generation, RevPAR, and occupancy levels.
To follow up on the progress of the Laundry Project and make sure it is being completed on deadlines.
To follow up on the contractor's snag list and make sure it is completed with the coordination of the hotel.
To check the staff accommodation status and to make sure it is being maintained in good condition.
To reorganize the administration and workflow in the Hotel Company.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related study
Active operation and ability to manage on-call and emergencies from anywhere outside of standard work hours
Unwavering commitment to community, moral standing, and values a must
Exhibit excellent and foster customer service and team attitude
Awareness and understanding of the community in which you live and work
10 years' experience with 5 years of experience as a Manager operating a Service Hotel, Resort, Condo, Apartment, or similar property with the complexity of multiple departments, grounds, and facilities in a related industry
Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Talent for networking and relationship-building
