Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented General Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support month-end closing processes while maintaining compliance with hotel and Accor standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and record daily journal entries and account reconciliations.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Review and verify invoices, expense reports, and payments.

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

  • Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely submission of documents and reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in hospitality.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.

  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (knowledge of SUN or Opera is an advantage).

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
