Role Description

Create plan and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Snapchat).

Collaborate with the creative team on campaign concepts, visuals, and storytelling.

Manage day-to-day social media calendars, ensuring timely posting and community engagement.

Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics and insights reports.

Track social and cultural trends to ensure brand relevance and creative innovation.

Engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and brand-appropriate responses.

Support paid media campaigns by coordinating with the performance marketing team.

Stay informed about competitors, platform updates, and new tools to enhance engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of META Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools.

Excellent writing skills in Arabic and English.

Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and trends.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
