We're looking for a Bahraini National with a strong marketing background and start-up mindset to help accelerate our growth in Bahrain.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute marketing activities — from social media and content creation to partnerships, sponsorships, PR, and events. The role involves both hands-on execution and coordination with internal and external teams to ensure impactful marketing delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the marketing calendar across platforms and campaigns
  • Oversee social media content, community engagement, and influencer collaborations
  • Support B2B marketing partnerships with banks, fintechs, and travel players
  • Manage sponsorships, booths, and event activations
  • Drive PR and media visibility for USim in Bahrain
  • Report on performance and propose new growth ideas

Requirements

  • Bahraini National with minimum 5 years of marketing experience
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Strong knowledge of local culture and digital trends
  • Experience working with agencies or external vendors
  • Creative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment
