ob Overview:

We are looking for a versatile All-Rounder Cook / Kitchen Helper to join a small, hands-on kitchen team. You will be actively involved in cooking, preparing, and assisting with a variety of menu items, while supporting the team with ingredient prep, cutting, and kitchen organization. This is a practical, fast-paced role requiring flexibility and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cooking and preparing a variety of menu items, including breakfast items, sandwiches, smashed burgers, chicken burgers, wings, wraps, sauces, and snacks.
  • Prepare ingredients: cutting, chopping, marinating, and portioning for daily service.
  • Support the Lead Cook in assembling, plating, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen.
  • Assist in testing new dishes and refining recipes as needed.
  • Help with inventory prep and stock organization.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen with a diverse menu.
  • Skilled in ingredient preparation, cutting, and basic cooking tasks.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen workflow.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
