Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Cook to join a small, hands-on kitchen team. You will be actively involved in cooking, preparing, and assembling a variety of menu items, while also helping to develop recipes and standardize kitchen processes (SOPs). This is a practical, fast-paced role where versatility and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cook and prepare a variety of menu items, including breakfast items, sandwiches, smashed burgers, chicken burgers, wings, wraps, and sauces.
  • Create, test, and document recipes to ensure consistency and quality across all menu items.
  • Develop and maintain kitchen standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare toppings, condiments, and other components as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine processes and menu items.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen with a diverse menu including breakfast items, sandwiches, burgers, wings, and wraps.
  • Skilled in recipe creation, menu testing, and SOP documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen workflow.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to handle multiple cooking tasks efficiently.
