Chief of staff to CEO

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO to join our leadership team — a trusted right hand who can help us stay sharp, scale effectively, and move fast.
As Chief of Staff, you will operate at the heart of Assure Consulting's decision-making, supporting the CEO in executing firm strategy, managing high-priority initiatives, and enabling top-tier performance across the board. You'll be expected to think like a strategist, act like an operator, and communicate like a leader. The ideal candidate is structured, resourceful, emotionally intelligent, and thrives in high-pressure, high-stakes environments.
CEO Support & Strategic Execution
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO — anticipating needs, managing time and focus, and driving follow-through on commitments.
- Lead, manage, and coordinate execution of strategic initiatives across the firm's consulting practices: risk, finance, strategy, and human capital.
- Handle confidential projects, prepare decision-support material, and offer analytical insight on matters of importance.
Leadership Alignment & Internal Projects
- Translate CEO vision into firmwide execution plans with clear timelines, responsibilities, and accountability.
- Work with department and project leads to unblock bottlenecks and ensure momentum on cross-functional work.
- Support firm operations, including recruiting, and performance tracking. Make sure the firms projects - internal audits, business plans, feasibility studies, due diligences, and M&A deals are delivered on time with quality.
Client, Market & External Representation
- Prepare and refine high-stakes presentations, proposals, and external communications. Join the CEO in key client meetings and stakeholder engagements — or represent the office when needed.
- Drive special client or market-facing initiatives, ensuring coordination with business development and delivery teams.
Firm Culture & People Strategy
- Help shape the rhythm of the firm — meetings, offsites, updates, town halls, and talent development routines.
- Support strategic hires, onboarding of senior talent, and alignment of consulting teams to business goals.
- Serve as an early detector of organizational misalignment, people issues, or culture risks.
- CA (Chartered Accountant) and MBA (Master of Business Administration) qualifications are required
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, finance, or risk advisory — ideally in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
- Experience working closely with executive leadership, or within a CEO/founder's office or transformation team.
- Strong business and IT acumen across our core advisory verticals, with excellent judgment and executive presence.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, presentation capabilities, and slide craft. Comfort with ambiguity, tight timelines, and juggling multiple priorities without losing detail or focus.
- This is not a 9-to-5 role — you will need to embrace long hours, weekend involvement, and simultaneous oversight of multiple strategic assignments.
