Job Description:

· Assist in preparing detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.

· Support the development of accurate cost estimates and project budgets.

· Help monitor and control project costs during the construction phase.

· Assist in managing and reconciling variations and claims.

· Prepare interim valuations under supervision.

· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather relevant data.

· Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

· Assist in processing and evaluating change orders with guidance.

· Calculate material quantities required for various construction phases.

· Monitor project progress and assist in measuring work completed against the schedule.

Qualification & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

· 1-3 years' experience in quantity surveying or construction-related roles (internship or entry-level preferred).

· Basic knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.

· Familiarity with quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, CCS, etc.) is a plus.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

· Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
