Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Manama for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, planning and reporting. The role involves both office-based and work-from-home tasks, ensuring the efficient financial management of construction projects.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
  • Experience is construction project submittals and documentation
  • Experience in project coordination.
  • Experience with BOQ (Bills of Quantities) preparation
  • Proficiency in Cost Reporting
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in the construction or recreational industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
