Managing security protocols and ensuring the safety of property and personnel are key responsibilities. The position also includes collaborating with team members to uphold high maintenance and security standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
  • Hands-on experience in Maintenance & Repair with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of general Maintenance practices and procedures
  • Ability to follow safety standards and implement security protocols effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to operational efficiency
  • Prior experience in property management or similar industries is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
